Hello there! I’m Lize van der Walt. Imagine combining Swiss organisation with the vibrant energy of South Africa – that’s me! Growing up in Switzerland taught me to value structure and safety, but my South African passion fuels my spontaneity and love of adventure. As a follower of Christ and a vocational school teacher, I’m passionate about building strong relationships with oneself and others, reflecting on communication skills, navigating life's journey, finding your path, and embracing change. Alongside my teaching career, I am launching this coaching business and completing my "psychosocial consulting" qualifications. I love working with people in all kinds of situations. My focus is on emotions, mindfulness, self-empowerment and helping people to find their purpose and build a social support system.
