Hello there! I’m Lize van der Walt and I’m absolutely thrilled to share my journey with you! Imagine blending the precision of Switzerland with the vibrant of South Africa—that’s me! Growing up in Switzerland gave me a love for structure and safety, but my South African passion fuels my spontaneity and love for adventure! As a follower of Christ and a vocational school teacher, I’m passionate about building strong relationships, reflect on communication skills, navigating through life, figuring out paths and embracing change. I’m even taking it a step further with my training in psychosocial coaching! I’m looking forward to focusing on mindfulness, self-empowerment, helping people discover purpose in their life and building a social support system.
